Schedule an introductory call with a member of our team to introduce yourself, ask questions, and ensure our products and services align with your needs. If we’re a perfect match for your project and design requirements, we’ll arrange an in-person consultation. During this visit, we’ll tour your spaces and discuss your project’s goals, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences to create a customized proposal for you.
A member of our team will meet you in our showroom, virtually, or onsite to discuss the specific details of your project. We’ll learn more about your design ambitions, timelines, and budget. Once we understand your functional needs and aesthetic preferences, we’ll begin specifying materials, furnishings, and finishes for your space and create a tailored proposal for you.
With your final proposal and selections approved, you can relax while our team handles all the logistics. We will place orders, monitor lead times and shipping statuses, and manage deliveries. Each item will be meticulously inspected, repackaged, and safely stored until installation day. If your project involves construction, our team will collaborate closely with contractors, conduct periodic site visits, and monitor progress. We will keep you updated, inform you of any issues, and work with you and your crew to ensure a seamless installation.
Once all items have arrived and any construction is complete, our team will schedule your installation day (or days, for larger projects). We will oversee the delivery, installation, and placement of your new furnishings. Our team will then style each space to photoshoot perfection. Finally, we will conclude with a thorough walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations.
